Prerequisites
There's no single road here. Where you're starting from shapes your path — not your destination.
Medical Billers & Coders
You already know the language. ICD codes, CPT codes, prior auth. Your billing desk experience counts toward our healthcare orientation credit.
Up to 6 credit hours waivedCNAs & PCTs
You've been at the bedside. You know what nurses do before the nurse knows what to do next. CNA Bridge Track compresses your path by 3 months.
CNA Bridge Track — 11 monthsFresh Starts
High school diploma. A biology class you took ten years ago. A grandmother who was a nurse. That's enough to begin. We'll show you exactly what to take first.
Standard Track — 14 monthsWhat You Actually Need
The list is shorter than you think. And we help you check every box.
"I hadn't been in a classroom in eleven years. The advisors at Clinicals helped me figure out exactly what I was missing — turned out it was one class."

Semester 1 &
The Sim Lab
You'll be in the sim lab by week two. Before you've finished reading your first textbook.

High-fidelity mannequins that bleed, breathe, and code.
Every sim scenario is drawn from actual ER case files. You will make the wrong call. Then you'll know why — before it matters.
It smells like betadine.
Every lab is stocked with real clinical supplies. Gloves, gauze, IV lines, crash carts. The sensory memory is intentional.
6:1
student-to-instructor ratio in sim labs
Every decision gets reviewed. Every hesitation gets a name.
Semester 1 Scenarios

Post-Sim Debrief
The debrief is where the learning happens. Not the scenario.
30-minute structured review after every sim. Video playback. Instructor-led clinical reasoning walkthrough. No judgment — only calibration.
Clinical
Rotations
Semester 2. Real patients. Real charts. Real decisions. Your clinical instructor is nearby, but the stethoscope is yours.

Sem 2
when rotations start

The foundation. Post-op, wound care, medication management. You'll manage a 4-patient assignment by week three.

Vitals, developmental assessments, family communication. The work is different when the patient is eight years old.

Lines, vents, drips. The ICU rotation is where clinical thinking becomes reflex. Optional extended placement available.

Home visits, school screenings, mobile units. The care that happens between hospital stays.
I had wiped down more beds than I could count. The first time I read a chart as the nurse of record, I cried in the supply closet. Then I went back out.

NCLEX Prep →
First Shift
Your final semester is built around the NCLEX-RN. Not as an afterthought — as the entire point. Every clinical experience loops back to board prep.

Every week of every semester includes NGN-style practice items. You don't cram at the end — you've been preparing the whole time.
ATI Comprehensive Predictor included
Full ATI suite, proctored practice exams, and individualized remediation plans. Included in tuition.
Employer partner job fairs each semester
